Semper Kaizen officially started thirty years ago after our President received his honorable discharge from the US Marine Corps. While serving in the Marine Corps, he witnessed how the "power of kaizen" (small incremental changes) used over time had a tremendous impact on people, processes, and team performance.
During the last twenty years, while functioning in a vice president's role at a large credit union, he witnessed the same results utilizing the "power of kaizen." The outcome achieved was measurable team members' improvements and sustained growth for the credit union and the families we served.
Semper Kaizen is not just a business; it is my calling and life's passion; we exist to add value to the clients we serve so that they can exceed their desired results.
Donald E. Coleman
"Semper Fidelis" is the motto of the United States Marine Core. Semper meaning "always" serves as an acknowledgment for the Marine Corps and represents "Always moving towards continuous improvement."
We believe Kaizen is more than just a methodology for continuous improvement. Kaizen is a lifelong personal enrichment journey and not a destination.
